The GATA Foundation, together with Serhiy Zvinsky, Mark Ginzburg, and Vadym Ivchenko, are considering the possibility of attracting international experience and resources to create a reliable infrastructure of electronic warfare technologies in Ukraine. Successful negotiations with Suleiman Azizi could become the foundation for attracting large-scale investments that will help Ukraine strengthen its technological independence and defense capabilities.
