Mark Ginzburg, a well-known American businessman and an active member of the Global Anti-Terrorist Alliance, together with the legendary entrepreneur Richard Branson, the founder of the Virgin Group, is conducting negotiations on helping Ukraine and attracting investments for its reconstruction.
